Ah this was a truly idyllic place for us to enjoy our elevenses. Shame we did not bring our rods - I'm sure that you are not ment to get this wet tickling the fish?
The weather was just beautiful, blue sky with a little cloud and just a light breeze. The temperature to was just right allowing us to walk with shirt sleeves rolled up. Best of all we were on our own, the sheep were elsewhere and there was not a midge in sight. Must come back sometime for another paddle.

Just a word or warning about the path - as it requires the walker to scramble around some man sized rocks about half a metre above the water; in wet or icy conditions take precautions to prevent an early or unplanned bath.
