Having climbed over the Bealach Dubh the mist and low wet cloud surrounded us. As we followed the raging Usige Labbair we decended to a more clear level.
Finally with peat bog on all sides and the shoulder of the Ben Alder plateau on the right hand side we called it a day. We put up the tent, crawled inside, pulled in all our wet gear and fell asleep in the wonderful peace and quiet of this remote area.
